CONTENT & CREATOR GUIDANCE

1. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using FanMint are responsible for the content, services, offers and activities they provide to users. Creators should:

• Provide accurate information about their offering.
• Clearly explain what the user is paying for.
• Provide the promised access or service after successful payment.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect copyright and intellectual-property rights.
• Avoid prohibited, illegal or harmful content and activities.
• Follow the terms and policies of the third-party platform they use.
• Maintain appropriate communication with their users.
• Keep their Creator and account information accurate.

2. Third-Party Channel Responsibility

If a Creator uses Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or another external platform, the Creator is responsible for managing that channel or community and its content.

FanMint does not control or moderate the Creator's external channel or group.

3. Adult or Other Activities

If a Creator independently publishes, promotes or conducts adult, sexual, inappropriate, illegal or any other type of activity or content through their external channel, group, community or third-party platform, the Creator is primarily responsible for that content and activity, subject to applicable law.

FanMint does not control or manage such external activities.
