• Other information voluntarily provided by the Creator

• Transaction-related information
• Payment status
• Creator or offer selected
• Technical information required for security and platform operation

4. 2. Payment Processing

FanMint may use third-party payment service providers and payment gateways, including Cashfree Payments and Razorpay, to process payments made through the platform.

• The applicable payment service provider may collect and process information required to complete the transaction according to its own terms, privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
• FanMint may receive and store limited transaction-related information, including transaction ID or payment reference, payment status, transaction amount, date and time of transaction, name, email address, phone number and relevant Creator or offering information.
• FanMint does not directly store sensitive payment credentials such as complete debit card details, complete credit card details, CVV, bank account credentials or UPI PINs.

• Create and manage Creator accounts
• Process and confirm transactions
• Provide Creator access or redirects to Creator-selected destinations
• Communicate regarding payments, accounts or support requests
• Maintain transaction and operational records
• Detect and prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity
• Maintain platform security and functionality
• Improve FanMint and its services
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

6. 4. Information Sharing

FanMint does not sell personal information to third parties for unrelated purposes.

• Payment service providers, including Cashfree Payments and Razorpay
• Technology, hosting and infrastructure providers
• Customer support or operational service providers
• Professional advisers
• Government or regulatory authorities where legally required
• Relevant Creators where reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service/access or resolve an issue
• Relevant parties where necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse

7. 5. Third-Party Platforms and Communities

Creators may use FanMint to direct Fans to third-party platforms, channels, groups or communities, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and other third-party services.

Once a Fan is redirected to or accesses a third-party platform, that platform's own privacy practices, terms, rules and data processing practices may apply.

FanMint does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security, availability or data handling of those third-party platforms.

8. 6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate our services, maintain transaction and operational records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
