Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made through FanMint are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation terms, the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

2. Eligible Situations

A refund may be considered for:

• Failed transactions where money was deducted.
• Duplicate payments.
• Certain technical or payment issues.
• Other situations specifically covered by the applicable FanMint refund policy or required by applicable law.

3. After Access Is Provided

Once successful payment has been completed and access has been successfully provided to the Creator's selected third-party channel, group or community, a refund may not be available simply because the user later decides not to use the access.

However, legitimate technical, payment-related or other eligible issues may be reviewed according to the applicable policy and law.

4. Creator-Related Issues

Where an issue arises directly from a Creator's inaccurate offer, failure to provide access as represented or other Creator-related activity, the relevant Creator may be primarily responsible for resolving the matter.

FanMint may investigate and assist within the scope of its platform.

5. Third-Party Content

FanMint is not responsible for the independent content or activities of a Creator's external channel, group or community.

Refund decisions relating to third-party content or Creator activity will be reviewed according to the applicable FanMint policy, transaction circumstances and applicable law.
